Morgan Workman
Director
Morgan is the other half of the original Big Picture line-up, and indisputably the lateral thinker of the team.
An accomplished photographer and degree-qualified visual artist, Morgan has managed to steer clear of the bid deadlines that rule the rest of the team. Instead, he is focused on fostering symbiotic relationships that bring value to our clients, and new dimensions to Big Picture’s place in the industry.
Morgan is the only person in history to have conceived, promoted and delivered a sold out art show in a cave under the Sydney Opera House.

Alex Maxwell
Submission Manager, Senior Editor/Writer
A Big Picture veteran of 8+ years, Alex has managed, written and edited countless tenders, technical reports and public documents for some of Australia’s largest infrastructure projects. He brings a collaborative and personable attitude to projects and client teams.
While Alex is definitely not a morning person, he intimately understands how to manage a team’s time to meet project deadlines.
Alex is a cricket tragic, an aspiring writer (one of these days…) and unironically loves discussing modern Australian grammar and style.

Chris is the only member of the Big Picture team to have appeared on Mastermind (special subject: Triple J’s
Hottest 100). -
